What is a Routing Number?
You’ll need to use your Regions routing number when you’re signing up for direct deposit. A routing number directs funds to the proper bank during a transaction, it’s a way to identify check-processing endpoints. You should be able to see your nine-digit routing number on the lower-left corner of your checks.

|Domestic and International Transfers||062005690|
Most financial institutions use a separate routing number for a domestic and an internatinal wire transfer. When making a Regions Bank wire transfer, you’ll need to use routing number 062005690 and also supply the bank’s name, your name and account number, and address:
1900 Fifth Avenue North
Birmingham, AL 35203
You will be using this address for any wire transfers even if you bank at a different location.
However, when you’re making an international wire transfers you will be using a SWIFT code instead of a routing number. Regions Bank uses the SWIFT code UPNBUS44.
