To earn an additional $250, you must enroll in their Round Up Program where your debit card purchases are rounded up to the nearest dollar. The difference is transferred from your checking account to a savings account. They’ll match 100% of your eligible round up transactions for the first three months. Thereafter, they will match 5% up to $250 per year. The Provident or Simply Free checking account qualify for the matching, but not Super Reward checking account.
You must fund your Checking account within the first 60 days of account opening. Provident will fund your Membership Savings account with $5 at account opening. If you don’t fund your Checking account within the first 60 days, you are no longer eligible for the New Account Bonus and your accounts will be closed.
