How to Earn $50 Checking Savings Bonus
- Open a new checking account from July 23 – August 7, 2021.
- Checking account approval, at least 5 transactions, and positive balance on Sept. 3, 2021.
- Courtesy Pay (Overdraft Fees): All checking accounts that are in good standing, excluding business accounts, are eligible for a $300.00 courtesy pay limit after 6 months and $450 after 18 months from membership date. A limited amount of $100.00 courtesy pay is available after 90 days of good membership. Overdraft fees are $30 and fees need to be paid in 30 days. Accounts negative 30 days or longer will no longer be eligible for Courtesy Pay. - Check Ordering: To reorder checks please click here or order with online banking.
- Direct Deposit: You can arrange to have your payroll, Social Security, pension or any other recurring check deposited directly into your Telco Plus Credit Union checking or savings account. Doing so eliminates the possibility of misplacing your paycheck and having to make a trip to the branch to cash or deposit it.
- Payroll Deduction: When you establish payroll deduction at Telco Plus Credit Union, money is automatically deducted from your paycheck and deposited in your savings or checking account, or used to make loan payments. It’s an easy way to save or ensure that you’ll never miss a loan payment. Ask Member Services or your Human Resource department today.
- Rewards Plus Checking: To receive the Rewards Rate, the following monthly requirements must be met:
- Complete at least one of the following: direct deposit, automatic payment, or Free2Pay transaction (bill pay).
- Have at least 5 signature-based debit card merchant transactions within the cycle period. ATM transactions do not count as merchant transactions.
- Sign up for e-statements.
- Plus Checking: There is no monthly service charge with direct deposit. If no direct deposit is received during a one-month period, a $10 service fee applies.
- Regular Share Draft Accounts: Maintain a $300 minimum average daily balance to avoid a low $5 monthly service fee
- Secured Checking: There is a monthly service fee of $10, if you have direct deposit the monthly service fee is $5.
