Introductory APR Promotion
Wells Fargo Platinum Visa comes with an 18-month 0% APR promotion on purchases and balance transfers. Note that the balance transfer rate only applies to transfers made within 120 days of account opening.

Cell Phone Protection
With this benefit, it reimburses cardholders for cell phone damage and theft. In order to qualify, you have to pay your cell phone bill in full using your Wells Fargo Platinum Visa card. The benefits allows:
- $25 deductible per claim
- $600 per occurrence limit
- 2-claim-per-year limit
Please do note that the benefit does no cover lost cell phones – your phones must be stolen, with an accompanying police report or damaged while remaining in the owner’s possession.
Overdraft Protection
If you have a checking account with Wells Fargo, you are able to link your credit card account with their overdraft protection service. Usually, when you make a checking transaction that might result in an overdraft, Wells Fargo will cover the difference by drawing a cash advance on your Platinum card’s available credit line.
Keep in mind that this service is subjected to a $12.50 fee for transfers less than $50 and a $20 fee for transfers greater than $50. Advances also accrue interest at the regular cash advance rate that depends on your creditworthiness and prevailing rates.

On a Wells Fargo email I guessed the correct box to open and win $1000.00 and completed a lengthy survey and now I have no $1000.00 in my Wells account? losing faith in wells fargo after this deceptive trick enticing me a banking member to waste my time with a bait and switch game. I am going to withdraw my checking and savings account and cut up my Platinum Card! also I will report this trickery to the proper authorities.
