Asset Acceptance LLC is settling a class action lawsuit alleging it violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) after using an automatic telephone dialing system, or artificial or prerecorded voice, to contact consumers on their cell phones without their consent. If you received a prerecorded call on behalf of Asset Acceptance between 4/17/2009 and 9/4/2014, you may be eligible for a payment of up to $1,500 from the class action settlement. Apparently, Asset Acceptance did not obtain consent from its customers to make these calls, violating the TCPA. The company denies any wrongdoing but has agreed to settle a total of $1 million in debt forgiveness and cash payments to Class Members who submit timely and valid claims.

Hello, I never received a check in regards to this class action settlement, Ann Fox v. Asset Acceptance, LLC. I mailed in the portion of the card that had my completed information by the required due date. The front portion of the mailing to myself, Nicole Mills, contains a Claim ID of 3087716VZRWGP. Since I mailed the form in, I have no evidence or additional information.
There was also another card I received in the mail and this time I went online to http://www.foxtcpasettlement.com and completed the information. This card has the following information on it: MDPR1-307811T9BSV1V and a claim ID of 307811T9BSV1V. I completed the form on 10/03/2015 with confirmation number 3078117146642.
As of today, 02/16/2018, I still have not heard back any information regarding my 2 claims I submitted. I have moved quite a bit in the last 5-6 years, until the last 4 years with only 1 move. So if anything was mailed out, I may not have received it. Can you see where my status is in regards to the two claims I’ve submitted?
