1. Make a Payment in Person
If you are already planning to make a trip to Walmart, that makes making your payment easier. All you need to do is visit Walmart Credit Services and make your payment in person. the Walmart MasterCard is also accepted at Sam’s Club, so a payment can also be made there. It will normally take 24 to 48 hours to be processed.
2. Make a Payment by Mail
Another method of payment is paying by mail. This form does typically take longer to be received, so you must be sure to send it early. When you receive your Walmart Credit Card account statement in the mail, there will be a stub attached to the bottom that you can mail back with your payment. If you do not have the stub, you can mail your payments to the following address:

Be sure to include your account number on the check’s memo section so the company knows where to credit the funds.
3. Make a Payment by Phone
If you need to make a payment immediately, you can call the Walmart credit card customer service number at 877-294-7880. You will be connected to an automated system. Be sure to have:
- Your Walmart credit card account number
- Information for your debit card, checking account, and routing numbers
If you would rather speak to a customer service representative to handle your payment, it can be done but will cost an extra $10.
4. Make a Payment Online
In order to make a Walmart credit card payment online, you will need to register or login to your Walmart account. Once you sign in with your information, find the payment tab. Follow the directions to finalize your payment, and the payment will be posted within two to three business days.
