Beware of BMO. I applied for this offer last October. When I did not receive the bonus this Feb as promised 4 mos later, contacted BMO, they first told me to wait another month, then they said they will forward my case for review, then they said promo code was not added to my account. Fortunately I had a copy of chat with rep from last year confirming it was added. Then they went back and checked my DDs and now say they were not qualifying even though after my initial DD last year, previous rep said they were qualified. Now they want documentation of my DD’s. Very shady bank, looks like they will try any excuse not to pay up. Will never deal with them again.

I’m having the exact same problem but I don’t have any reference for the promo code that was available when I opened the account in February 2015. Did they pay you your incentive? What was your promo code?

I live outside their geographic footprint, and was able to open an account online, AND get the bonus $150.
