Class Eligibility: The settlement covers anyone that used a credit card or debit card at Toys R Us between 12/4/2006 or 1/5/2007.
Estimated Amount: The settlement will vary depending on the number of purchases you made and whether you have proof of purchase (credit card statements or receipts).
- Tier A – Two $15 vouchers (if you made 3 or more purchases and have documentation)
- Tier B – One $15 voucher (if you made 1 or 2 purchases and have documentation)
- Tier C – One $5 voucher (if you made 1 or more purchases, but do not have documentation)
Proof of Purchase: NOT required for the basic lower tier $5 voucher claim. The two higher tiers of vouchers ($15 and $30) documentation (receipts or credit card statements) are required.
