Can someone add me please and does anyone know if I can file a lawsuit against CPS and the state of Michigan because when I was in jail I got my kids out of the system and then got hit with a removal 2weeks later mind you I’m in jail so how can I be doing anything wrong to my kids I was told by CPS and counselors that I have to give my dad power of attorney so that is what I did so in 2016 I go to jail and in 2018 I’m still in jail and I’m about to get out I only had 3 months left and that’s when they tell me they took my kids I get out and I do clean drops and go to parenting classes and get hardly even see my kids but seen them while I was in jail but anyway why am I being taken from my kids when I didn’t do anything wrong they have terminated my rights and I was told that that wasn’t going to happen and I was also told that once my kids have been adopted that I would be able to see them and talk to them and that’s not happened yet either can someone please help me with this tragic nightmare that my kids and I have been through and are still trying to deal with every day

Also clay county mo… they aren’t following proper kosher diet protocol nor are they doing anything right at that matter… they were re modeling, moved me out of the jail to another one, took all my commissary…I get to new jail and am forced to buy more, hygiene etc.. prices were more… had to lose money off my phone account in clay cause it didn’t transfer… then they move me back to clay and I was not able to bring my store from the other jail and they made me wait 2 days before they gave me back my items they took when they moved me, my food was stale etc… then I had almost two hundred dollars on my account when I left the jail they was holding me at and was forced to wait the entire week(went to prison) without any money to buy phone time or anything and I never got that money, they kept it saying that they took it to pay my public defender, I didn’t authorize that nor was I informed that they would or did….I had to wait till I got out and called and that’s what they said, kept it for attorney fees… how can that be ok… they also made me admit to fleeing and eluding or they would give me worse charges

This is a complete scam by criminals either swapping cards out and putting back on shelf or they’ve already gotten the card info ahead of time and they keep calling in daily to see if it’s been purchased so they can use them . These card companies knows about these scams that are being done but they hope people will assume they must’ve used it or to embarrassed to confront the person who gave it to them . This is a multi billion dollar gift card industry so they don’t really care otherwise they’d changed their card packaging years ago . Sorry this happened , I’m sure it was a real headache disputing .

Most of these services will charge an annual fee for letting your card just sit there. So you may have been hit with fee’s that you didn’t realize you agreed to because everything in America has become one big fucking acceptable scam and nobdy refuses to do anything about it and just calls it capilism. I was wondering if a class action lawsuit has been filed against InComm Card Services, the company which handles the sale of Visa debit cards at Target stores. Curious because my son purchased 3-$100 Visa debit cards from Target for me for Christmas, but when I called the number on card- 877-867-4873, on 1-12-23, to see if I needed to activate card, was told that a purchase of $39.99 had already been made on my card, leaving a balance of $60.01, not $100.00! I had NOT used card, I had literally just taken it out of my Christmas card & the paper holder it was in! This charge was made online, on 1-12-23, @ 1:06, to RFD-GM5.com, for video games. I was told to call back on 1-19-23, because they couldn’t do anything for me until the charge was cleared by the merchant. I waited until 1-30-23, called them again, & was told balance was now $38.46, as card had been used again on 1-19-23, for 12.99, online at PCPF CUSTOMER GM, video games again, & also on the day I called, 1-30-23, for $8.56 at GRBTGT… I was advised they would investigate charges, & that I should call back 2-6-23…I called back on 2-17-23, balance still $38.46, no monies returned to card, they could not tell me why. Card was put on “Hold”, I was told to call back on 2-25-23! I have been without a phone, but finally called them back 3-21-23, spoke with Alvin, who told me that “No disputes have been filed”….?!? Why not?? He said he will email me form to sign to file dispute(s), & it will take probably 90 days to get this settled! It’s so frustrating! I waited 45+ minutes on phone each time I called them, & yesterday I asked to speak to “Alvin’s” supervisor, so he transferred me, supposedly, & I waited 65 minutes before I gave up & hung up, because it was 1 o’clock in the morning! Who do I take this up with.?? InComm Card Services wont help me, should I contact Target store? (My son also bought the same Visa Prepaid card at Target for a nephew-in-law, his balance was down to less than $10.00 when he tried to use his card, & no, he had not used his card yet, either) Any help would be greatly appreciated, this must be an ongoing problem with these cards, & this card supplier/service!

I have found out that I have humor is data breaches there’s 3 to 4 under all 3 of my emails .I got a notice from Firefox first.then I got a notice strait from one company after Firefox already let me know.My vCard was charged by this company after I did a 1 time trail and inscribed I didn’t receive anything for 3 months then all the sudden I was missing money from my card account .I looked at my statement and transactions and there’s where I found out I had been charged for no reason on my card.I contacted the company Sentbird.com to tell them they charged my card and I never received anything also that I had a one time trail and unscribed from the service after i recieved my 1st order.i didn’t receive anything else unroll 4 months later out of the blue my card got charged.I notified them that I was upset and I wanted my stolen money back on my card ,instead of contacting me or replying to my email I get a bottle of perfume that I did not want nor ask for.then a month later I was contacted from Firefox and then a week later from sent bird that my name and info was under a data breach? Nothing has been said or done on there part.im not sure what to do .there’s also a lot more but the actual companies I never contacted me. I never herd of or used before I got the notice from firefox.

If you made a purchase with a credit card and the merchant never gave you the services you asked for or short changed you on the services you asked for. You can contact your Credit Card Company or Bank and ask them for a “Reverse Charge” What the Credit Card /Bank will do is credit your account within 30 days while they investigate your claim. If its legit, Then they will keep the credit on your account and charge a Reveral Fee to the Company you’ve got screwed by a fee up to $50.00 + your return costs. Your out of pocket fees for this request is $0.00. If you lose your case then the credit card company/bank will reverse the charges back to your account and there are no additional fees on your end. If you lose your case on a “Reverse Charge” you can always take the company to small claims court up to $5,000 or $5000+ thru County Court.
You can sue anyone for anything now in days, Even take your case in front of Judge Judy. Court cases below $5,000 go thru Small Claims Court, Neither side will have a lawyer representing each other. Anything over $5,000 goes thru County Court and a Lawyer is highly recommended.

For home, I called a fax number and recorded the tones that were generated, then when I get an unwanted call, I pick up and play the fax tones. This automatically removes your number from their database and marks it as unusable.

Drive time does over charge on used cars. After adding insurance, taxes, your credit and whatever else your car can be as high as 18,000.00 with over a $400.00 a month payment.
How about that. I bought a ford car in Feb 2019 and a month later started having problems with the starter.
Come to find out i needed a some type of kit. Could not drive my car for almost a month because it was in the shop. Still had to make my payments but had to be late on payments due to no car. I’m so over these companies over charging on cars.

If you were taking Valsartan or Losartan, there were some recalls on these medicines and they had to change suppliers. That is probably why there were different prices.

Orkin sprayed my home ten times for bedbugs and I still have them! This was from Feb. 2019-present day. I started showing signs of being ill also. Sinus Infections, bronchitis, conjunctivitis in both eyes, inner ear infection, Pneumonia… I have been ill throughout the last few months. They charged my elderly mother well over $1,000! We need help because we can’t afford to hire someone else. We shouldn’t have to live like this! The exterminator told me on the tenth extermination that their products are safe but I beg to differ. I told them they could not spray our home anymore. I think ten times is enough already! It doesn’t work! I left them a message to call me back and they never did. I’m going to keep trying but I doubt they will give us our money back.

I wonder if anyone is investigating Walmart price gauging in prescription drugs. There is a prescription I bought in October 2018 that cost me 20.00. Three months later my refill was 89.00. Girl when it comes to straight talk run, run as far as you can to ANY other service provider. I’ve had three other services and NEVER had the problems I had with striaght talk. They took my one phone for “maintenance” for a month one time ! They were supposed to send back a working phone, I kept getting the run around but I called daily for a month ! And finally got a phone back over 30 days later. My advice switch to any other service provider. I have metro now and am looking into boost ! Good luck

I wouldn’t trust a bank to be much help other than superficial posing. Recently I left Directv after 4+ years. I did it at the end of a billing period so we were even-steven. Next thing I know they’ve deducted $462 out of my checking account, saying I had broken our contract! The bank would not put the money back into my account, choosing to be neutral-like Switzerland. Ha! I promptly filled out a complaint form to the office of our N.C. State Attorney General, Mr. Josh Stein. I also sent a copy to Directv’s corporate office and the FCC. Happily, I had my money back in my checking account w/in a month! They called me for a year offering all kinds of deals to come back. I might be crazy but I’m not stupid!. Use your elected officials. That’s what they are there for-or should be. Good luck!!

Approx. 3 months ago my husbands phone went missing. I called emediately to have the number go on the blacklist. No problem, right? In the meantime, we had purchased a 3 month plan a week prior to his phone going missing. I spoke with a rep from Straightalk who assured me that when we got a new phone that we could re-establish the number and we would not lose any of his minutes. I called back a few days later after purchasing a new phone to get the remaining minutes activated and was told that we could not get the number back or our minutes re-instated. That bill was a little over 200 bucks. If someone pays for something then that something becomes the property of the purchaser whatever that something is. Period. So when the purchaser is denied a per-paid service of 3 months after only a week of using the service that is called stealing the rest from the purchaser. Period. STEALING. Not to mention that phone number belonged to our tree care business and we probably lost a ton of business. So not only did Straight talk deny our prepaid service and number, they denied us the right to continue our tree care business to our customers and in turn lost a lot more that the 200 bucks. All I ask is for a refund of the phone and service plan. If not, there will be a lawsuit and they would have to pay a lot more than that. I do have my reciept BTW. Thank you for your time, Rebecca M. There is no lawsuit against Chase per that card– what you’re referring to is a general advertisement on the page that is being promoted– just as all the other credit cards you see on this page.

This website wouldnt be able to answer that for you. They’re not affiliated with either Walmart or AOL. I might be misunderstanding your coment (if so, just ignore tnis), but if you’re talking about a Walmart issued pre-paid debit card (the Walmart MoneyCard), they do charge a Monthly maintenance fee of $3.00, which can roll over and build if your card has a zero balance when it is due (i.e., if you have a zero balance on both Jan & Feb 1st, then deposit money on it on Feb. 3rd, they’ll deduct $6).
Their alternative card, Bluebird by American Express has no fees, but AmEx is not accepted as jniversally as Visa & MC, which is why we ultimately went with another card.
Netspend has two plans: pay no monthly fee, but $1 per transaction, or a $9.99 monthly fee & no transaction fees. The $9.99 drops to $5.00 per month if you have direct deposit & a minimum monthly balance. You can switch between the two as well- so if you know you’ll only use your card once or twice one month, you can opt for the $1 per transaction plan, but switch to $5 per month once you start using it a lot.
The Netspend card has some perks, too: we get overdraft protection (up to $60), with a 24 hour grace period; they have cash back opportunutues too, with a variety of vendors each month. You can also insrantly transfer money from one Netspend card to another for free.
They all seem to gave pros and cons- but the bluebird is the only truly fee-free card, if you can deal with not being accepted everywhere. For us, we loved it, but it just became too much of a hinderance to not be accepted everywhere.
Lastly: what type of AOL free trial do you mean? Are you referring to a dial up internet connection? I was under the impression those were no longer around. You mart want to call your local phone ir cable co.; bith should have internet services that are light years ahead of what dial up was. They even have programs that provide low-level internet free, or deeply discounted, for low income families. Often it is tied up with the lifeline program, which provides either a free cell phone with a limuted number of monthly minutes, or a basic landline (one or the other, not both- and the cell phones are donated, so often very old school, but perfect for job contact, appointment making, etc).
Just google “Free internet for low income (insert your city & state here)”, and you’ll find the local program.

Hi Mr. Nguyen. Wal-mart has been deducting money monthly from my husbands checking account for years, We think it is based on a free trail on AOL cd. After the free trial on AOL stopped, Wal-mart started charging his account a monthly fee. My husband has tried writing and calling Wa-lmart customer service and the corporate office and still hasn’t been able to stop this deduction Any ideas on how he should follow-up?
