WJ says
Bad CU. Went through everything including hard pull, ouch. Was “accepted.” Then had to send photograph–not a scan–of driver license within one week to representative. Which I did once by mail and simultaneously by faxing his direct line for incoming faxes. Could not prove my identity sufficiently. No acknowledgment of its receipt. Was denied acceptance unless coming into the headquarters several hundred miles away, no branch anywhere in SoCal where I live, with no guarantee of that working.
