When you set up direct deposit for your company, your bank or financial institution will ask you for the routing number and account number of your company account. A routing number is a 9-digit code that is assigned to a bank or credit union so that it can make transactions with other financial institutions.
This number is used during money transfers to identify where the customer originally opened the account. It’s also used to distinguish banks or credit unions with similar names. You can find your Chase Business Routing Number at the bottom of your checks.
