1. Cartagena (Colombia)
The city of Cartagena lays on the port in Colombia’s Caribbean coast. This beautiful destination is a perfect in January with warm temperatures, very little rainfall and low humidity. The city’s historic center has been deemed as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1984. “Old Cartagena” consists of beautiful colonial architecture, hotels, boutiques and restaurants surrounded by miles of ancient walls.
