Chases’s definition for restaurants is broad and includes merchants “whose primary business is sit-down or eat-in dining, including fast food restaurants as well as fine dining establishments,” so you are bound to earn a lot of rewards.
The Chase Sapphire Reserve offers 60,000 bonus points after you spend $4,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening. That's $900 toward travel when you redeem through Chase Ultimate Rewards.
• 10X total points on hotels and car rentals when you purchase travel through Chase Ultimate Rewards immediately after the first $300 is spent on travel purchases annually.
• 5X total points on air travel

The Best No-Annual-Free Credit Cards for Dining
The Capital One® SavorOne® Cash Rewards Credit Card earns 3% cash back on dining. This card offers the best rewards at restaurants without the annual fee.
The Capital One SavorOne Cash Rewards Credit Card offers $200 cash back after spending $500 on purchases within 3 months from account opening.
• 3% cash back on dining, entertainment, popular streaming services and at grocery stores (excluding superstores like Walmart® and Target®), plus 1% on all other purchases.

This card comes with no annual fee and no foreign transaction fees.
The AARP Card from Chase earns 3% cash back at restaurants, this ranges fast food to fine dining. Even though this card matches SavorOne’s earning rate on dining, it has a less generous welcome bonus and doesn’t offer any other dining perks.
The Wells Fargo Propel American Express Card earns three points for every dollar you spend dining. This is the only points-earning card that made it on our list of the best no-annual-fee credit cards for dining.
The Best Hotel Credit Cards for Dining
The Hilton Honors American Express Surpass® Card earns six points for every dollar spent on dining in the United States. Even though there is a high bonus rate, the value of Hilton Honors points is fairly low, at $0.006 each point.
The Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant™ American Express® Card earns three times the points on dining at restaurants in the United States. This card has a lower bonus rate but the points are valued slightly more than the Hilton Honors card, Marriott Bonvoy points are valued at $0.009 each.
The The World of Hyatt Credit Card offers 30,000 Bonus Points after you spend $3,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening. Plus, 2 Bonus Points per $1 spent on purchases that earn 1 Bonus Point up to $15,000 in the first 6 months of account opening.
You'll earn 9 points total for Hyatt stays - 4 Bonus Points per $1 spent at Hyatt hotels & 5 Base Points per $1 you can earn as a World of Hyatt member. To add, you'll earn 2 Bonus Points per $1 spent at restaurants, on airlines tickets purchased directly from the airlines, on local transit and commuting and on fitness club and gym memberships.
You'll earn 2 qualifying night credits towards tier status every time you spend $5,000 on your card.
This card does carry a $95 annual fee, however, the perks sure make up for it. For instance, you'll get 1 free night each year after your Cardmember anniversary at any Category 1-4 Hyatt hotel or resort and an extra free night at any Category 1-4 Hyatt hotel if you spend $15,000 during your cardmember anniversary year.
