- To be eligible for a reward, the Referred Person must: (i) open a new Bellco checking account within 90 days of receiving the initial email notification from the Program; (ii) deposit $250 into the new checking account at the time of account opening; (iii) attach a VISA debit card to the new checking account; and (iv) not already be a tax owner, non-tax owner, or signor on any Bellco checking account.
