this is the worst bank for customer service. Their automated system comes on and tell you to wait between 10 and 20 minutes to speak with someone. I am on hold right now for 40 minutes and still holding. I also left two messages for a call back. the first associate hand up. the second did not wait for me to get the phone, that person hang up, left no message, I redial their number and I am still waiting. this is one of the worst signup bonuses around. Five Bpays is not bad, but a balance of 10k + 2500 makes it unappealing. Do they actually think they will get new customers?
